- Log in to your Purplepass event organizer dashboard
- Navigate to My Events and select the Map button for the event map you want to view
- Launch your event’s seating map
- Click on the seat that has been sold to review the order details. It will appear white with a grey border on your map.
The order details will include the customer’s name, payment method, order number, as well as any other included contact information. This will appear when you click on the sold seat on your map.
