If you want to find out how to determine the status of the promo codes for your events and whether they are active or expired, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Purplepass event organizer dashboard
- In the dashboard, click Create New Event or, choose to edit an existing event
- When creating your event, scroll down the page until you reach the Ticket Pricing and Options section
- The promo code or codes will be visible at the bottom of the Ticket Pricing and Options section below the Create coupon code icon

Yellow icons to the right of the promo code indicate that it isn’t yet valid

Red icons indicate that the promo code is expired

Green icons indicate the promo code is currently valid
