When you create an event, you have the option to use a URL to direct the customer to your Purplepass event. If you wish to reuse the URL from a past event, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Purplepass event organizer dashboard
- In the dashboard, click Create New Event or, choose to edit an existing event
- Insert the URL path you want to use in the space to the right of the age requirement field under THE BASICS
Setting a Custom URL Path
The field is permanently populated with www.Purplepass.com/. The URL path is the open field next to that. If the URL path was used previously, a notification will pop up asking if you want to reassign it.
- Click yes
- As long as you were the person who created the Purplepass event URL path, you can use it again for future events with your permission to reassign it. This is also how you create a shortcut URL, which provides a direct and personalized link to your event.
