If you want to look up an order to check in a guest manually, follow these directions.
- Click the SEARCH icon at the upper right corner of the scanner.
- You can search by the order number or the ticket holder’s last name.
- Click on the order to bring up the Order Actions menu.
- You can do a few different things on this menu: Admit the guest, refund the order, print replacement tickets, email a digital receipt, preprint the receipt.
- When you’re finished, click Done to return to the main screen.
