To generate a tracking report, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Purplepass event organizer dashboard
- Once you are logged in, select Reporting at the top navigation bar
- Click Marketing Report in the left navigation bar
- For Step 1: Select Information to Include, select the options below
- For Step 2: Limit Results by, you can filter the data you receive by the event and date range or show all data
- For Step 3: Select Time Zone, select your time zone
- Click the purple Generate Report button at the bottom of the screen. An Excel spreadsheet with the requested data will be generated.
If you want to save this template for future use, click Save Report, and the template will appear under the View saved report dropdown.
