The online box office operates exclusively on web browsers and supports both Windows and Mac platforms. It requires Purplepass Print for printing via locally connected printers.
Rental Options
Rental options are available for USB card readers, USB barcode scanners, Epson receipt printers, and Boca ticket printers for use with the online box office. Reach out to sales@purplepass.com or your client representative to learn more.

Using the Online Box Office
For help looking up an order, see searching orders in the box office.
For help with your cash drawer, see using the cash drawer feature in the box office.
For accounting details, see accessing event statements and invoices in the box office.
- Click the Box Office button and select POS to start selling
You can also log in directly from your Purplepass account by following these steps:
- Open your web browser and navigate to the Purplepass website
- Log in to your account
- Access the box office by clicking Box Office and selecting Start POS
