The selling screen on the box office guides users step-by-step through the purchasing process from left to right:
- What do you want to buy?
- How much does it cost?
- How do you want to pay?
Ideal for first-time users or those who prefer a systematic approach.
Selling Tickets
To begin selling tickets,
- Log into your event and sales page
- Follow the on-screen steps to select the item, review the order, and confirm the payment method based on the available options
Step 2 displays what you have added to the cart. Here, you can review the order and make any necessary changes before proceeding to checkout.
Step 3 displays all available payment options, including cash, credit card, the ability to split the bill, or to offer a complimentary free ticket.
Scanning Tickets
Tickets can be scanned using the app, independent of the box office. Alternatively, the box office has a Scan Tickets tab that utilizes USB barcode scanners. This option is available on the POS selling screen.
Test Mode
Here you can scan a ticket to check whether it's valid, invalid, has already been used, or has been refunded. When you look up a ticket from this tab, it will not be marked as used. You are only checking its status.
