Understanding Your Selling Screen in the Box Office

The selling screen on the box office guides users step-by-step through the purchasing process from left to right:

  • What do you want to buy?
  • How much does it cost?
  • How do you want to pay?

Ideal for first-time users or those who prefer a systematic approach.

Selling Tickets

To begin selling tickets,

  • Log into your event and sales page

  • Follow the on-screen steps to select the item, review the order, and confirm the payment method based on the available options

From Step 1, you will see the ticket options available for sale. You can also add new items or edit existing items using the options below.

Step 2 displays what you have added to the cart. Here, you can review the order and make any necessary changes before proceeding to checkout.

Step 3 displays all available payment options, including cash, credit card, the ability to split the bill, or to offer a complimentary free ticket.

Scanning Tickets

Tickets can be scanned using the app, independent of the box office. Alternatively, the box office has a Scan Tickets tab that utilizes USB barcode scanners. This option is available on the POS selling screen.

Test Mode

Here you can scan a ticket to check whether it's valid, invalid, has already been used, or has been refunded. When you look up a ticket from this tab, it will not be marked as used. You are only checking its status.
