When you first log into the Box Office, you may encounter an alert stating Unable to connect to Purplepass Print. Simply click the provided link to download Purplepass Print, which will redirect you to the download page compatible with your operating system, supporting both Windows and MacOS.
After installing Purplepass Print, return to the Box Office and refresh the page.
Proceed to the Settings located at the upper right corner of the screen to make sure your correct printer is connected or to connect a new one.
- Enable Multi-station Tracking
- Set a terminal name
- Configure admission options and printers based on your specific setup
Any changes made in Settings will automatically be applied and saved once you exit out.
Printer Status
1. Below shows the program trying to connect to the printer. This could take a few minutes to connect.
2. If the printer is not connecting or having issues, you will see this alert on the homepage of the box office.
3. When the printer is successfully connected, you will see this alert.
Purplepass Print continuously checks its status with the Box Office. It automatically starts upon detection, or it will prompt you to manually initiate it if needed. The status of printers is also monitored, ensuring smooth operations during ticket sales. Any issues related to printing will trigger alerts to help you promptly address them.
