Scheduling Emails: Recipient Criteria - Who Receives Emails?

If I schedule an email today to be sent out next week to customers who purchased VIP tickets, who will receive the email? Will it be just the customers who already purchased VIP tickets when I scheduled the email today, or will it include all customers who purchase VIP tickets up until the moment the email is sent?

Answer:

The email will be sent to all customers who meet the criteria at the time the email is sent. This means that if you schedule an email for next week to go out to customers who have purchased VIP tickets, it will be sent to anyone who has purchased VIP tickets by the time the email is actually sent. Therefore, any new orders for VIP tickets placed after you schedule the email but before it is sent will also receive the email. Once the email has been sent, new VIP ticket purchases will not receive the email unless another scheduled email is created.
