Sales Done in the Box Office Not Appearing on the Master List

Understanding the Master List

The Master List is designed to serve as a reference sheet for manual check-in, primarily for online sales. Onsite sales, especially those made at the door prior to an event, are typically not included on this list. This is because the Master List is intended for static reference, and it would require constant updates to include every new onsite sale.

Reason for Missing Sales

If an order is processed in the box office and no customer information is collected, it will not appear on the Master List. This is because the Master List relies on customer data to compile and display the sales information. Without customer details, these orders cannot be added to the list.

To ensure that tickets sold in the box office appear on the Master List, you can enable data collection for customer information. By doing this, you can include sales from the box office in your Master List.

How to Enable Data Collection in the Box Office

  • Scroll to the lower right corner where you will find the Data Collection settings
  • Turn on the Customer’s Name option. You can also enable additional data fields if needed, such as email or phone number. These fields can be optional or required, depending on your needs.

Enabling these options ensures that any customer details collected during onsite sales will be included in the Master List, providing a complete reference for check-in.
