Adding an Item Image to Tickets

You can upload an image to tickets that will be displayed in the online ticket widget. This feature allows you to visually enhance the ticket-buying experience by attaching a representative image, such as an event logo, product shot, or VIP lounge photo, to each ticket type.

For adding an item image to your tickets, follow the steps below: 

  • Log in to your Purplepass event organizer dashboard
  • In the dashboard, click Create New Event or, choose to edit an existing event

  • A pop-up carousel with three different options will appear. Select the appropriate event option
  • Once you are on the event creation screen, enter the relevant information until you see the Ticket Pricing And Options section
  • When you start building your ticket type, select the Options button to the right

  • Click the button and a pop-up window labeled Advanced Options will appear
  • In the ticket options menu, you will find the new section labeled Item Image
  • Click the Upload button within the Item Image field
  • Select an image from your computer that best represents the ticket. This could include a:
    • VIP lounge photo

    • Event logo

    • Product shot for an add-on item

  • Once your image is uploaded, click Update Options to save your changes
  • The uploaded image will now appear alongside the ticket type in the online ticket widget

Viewing the Uploaded Image in the Ticket Widget

The uploaded image will be displayed next to the ticket type in the ticket widget on both desktop and mobile devices, providing customers with a visually enhanced and informative ticket selection process.

Multiple Ticket Types

Repeat these steps for each ticket type if you wish to add unique images to multiple tickets.
