Using the Search Orders tool, you can adjust what column headers are being presented depending on your needs. Once you add new headers, that information will be presented below. You can also adjust the width of your columns by hovering over the edge of a column and dragging it closer or farther away.
Column options include:
- Order ID
- Sub Order ID
- Event ID
- Customer ID
- Event
- Event Date
- Name
- Phone
- Order Actions
- Price
- Quantity
- Ticket Type
- CC
- X-transaction ID
- Transaction Amount
- Transaction Date
- Refund ID
- Refund Amount
- Refund Queue Date
- Method
- Fulfillment
- Coupon Code
- Tickets
- Fulfilled Date
- Notes
Adding Columns
- Hover over a column header and an arrow on the right side should appear
- Click the arrow and a drop-down menu will appear
- Select the Column option
- Here you will be presented with the different options you can add to the top. If you check a box, it will be added. If you uncheck a box, it will be removed as a header.
