If you want to make sure the customer has access or tickets to the latest or updated event, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Purplepass event organizer dashboard
- At the top of the dashboard in the navigation bar, select Search Orders
- If you want to make sure the customer has access or tickets to the latest or updated event, use the filter tool on the left side of the page to find the customer’s order
- Find the customer on the main page and click the Resend link to the right of the customer’s name highlighted in blue
- A pop-up box will appear asking for confirmation. Click Yes.
