What the seating map circle colors mean

On the seating map, three different designs show various levels of ticket availability.

All solid colors on the seating map in the Map Manager indicate seats/tickets. You can also use multiple colors to manage various ticket-level prices and tiers.

Circles that appear white with colored outlines are seats that have been placed on hold for any reason (below).

Circles that look like a white seat with a light gray ring show that the tickets have been sold and/or that the seats are no longer available (below).

As a recap:

  • Colored circles: Available seats/tickets still available
  • Outlined circles: Seats currently on hold/reserved
  • White with gray outlined circles: Tickets have been sold/seats unavailable
