Ticket exchanges and Purplepass refund policy

Ticket sales are conclusive with no option for exchange, except in circumstances where the event is canceled, postponed, or undergoes significant changes subsequent to your purchase. In the event of a cancellation, you will be refunded automatically (service fees excluded) based on the event organizer's policy.

For events that are postponed or significantly altered, you can initiate a refund request by emailing support@purplepass.com or by calling 1-800-316-8559. The authority to cancel, postpone, or approve refunds lies with the venue or event organizer. Purplepass is not involved in these decisions and is not obligated to provide refunds.
