Purplepass is not involved in making these decisions and is not obligated to provide refunds. Should refunds be granted, Purplepass will process refunds for all purchases made online and over the phone.
For tickets bought with cash in person, please visit the original point of purchase to obtain a refund. Note that service and delivery fees are non-refundable; only the ticket's face value and any facility fees, if applicable, will be returned.
