If you purchased the wrong ticket dates or times for a recurring event, you can have your tickets transferred to the correct time. To do this, call customer support at 1-800-316-8559 or send an email to support@purplepass.com.
For security purposes, we need to confirm your identity. Please have at least one of the following items on hand:
- Your confirmation/order number
- The last four digits of the credit card you used to order the tickets
- New time or date you want
