Changing ticket delivery methods

You can switch delivery methods from print-at-home to Will Call or from Will Call to print-at-home. We are not able to switch your delivery method to shipping nor are we able to switch to print-at-home or Will Call if you originally chose to have the tickets shipped. If you would like to do this, please send us an email to support@purplepass.com or give us a call at 1-800-316-8559.

To have the ability to change delivery options, you need to enable it under the Search Orders tool. But first, you need to make sure you create a ticket buyer account on Purplepass.

  • Log in to your Purplepass event organizer dashboard
  • At the top of the dashboard in the navigation bar, select Search Orders

  • Find the order by using the filters on the right side of the page
  • Find the Order Actions row and hover over it until a black arrow appears and you can access the drop-down menu.
  • Click Columns
  • Click Method

  • A new column on the main page should appear with all the delivery options for that order number. To change a method, click on their current method of choice and select the new one. ​
