Sometimes, you may need to alter the delivery method for tickets from email to will call. Follow these steps:
Access Search Orders:
- Log in to your Purplepass event organizer dashboard
- At the top of the dashboard in the navigation bar, select Search Orders
- Hover over the grid header within the Search Orders interface
- Click the downward arrow icon to access additional options
- Select Columns from the dropdown menu
- In the Columns settings, locate and select the option to display the Method column
- This action will add the Method column to the Search Orders grid, allowing you to view and modify the delivery method for each order
Change Delivery Method:
Once the Method column is visible, locate the order for which you wish to change the delivery method.
- Click on the delivery method field for the respective order
- A dropdown menu will appear, presenting available delivery options
- Select Will Call from the dropdown menu to change the delivery method for the order
