Marking ticket status as “picked up” at will call

This feature is designed for clients who distribute tickets in advance of the event using pre-printed tickets. If you would like to mark tickets as picked up at will call, follow these steps below:

  • Log in to your Purplepass event organizer dashboard
  • At the top of the dashboard in the navigation bar, select Search Orders

  • Find the order by using the filters on the right side of the page

  • Under the Order Actions column, click the blue Picked up link and click Yes when prompted
