Find Orders Quickly

A quick way to locate orders is by searching either by last name or order number. Searching by last name is straightforward and efficient, while the order number is helpful when multiple orders share the same last name. It is best practice to use only one search criterion at a time unless you need to narrow down the results. Use multiple criteria only if there are numerous results and you want to refine your search.

  • Check-in Will Call: Swipe the credit card the customer used to purchase tickets online, and the system will find their order and check them in.

  • Replace Lost Tickets: After you find their order, click  to void out original tickets and print new ones.
